Privacy Policy
Effective October 13, 2026
C&B Services LLC installs permanent outdoor lighting for homes and businesses in Nebraska. We're based in Norfolk. This page explains what information we collect from you and how we use it, in plain language.
What we collect
- Contact and project details — your name, phone number, email address, city and street address, which installation option interests you, and anything you write in a message field. We receive this when you request a free estimate through our website form, respond to one of our Facebook or Instagram lead ads, or contact us by phone or text.
- Reviews — if we invite you to leave a review, we collect the name, star rating, review text, and optional photo you choose to submit.
How we use it
We use this information only to contact you about lighting quotes and services — responding to you, scheduling your free estimate, and doing the work. We may reach you by call, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply to texts, and you can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. If you submit a review, we display it on our website only after we approve it.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who else handles your information
We share information only with the service providers we use to run the business — for example, Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads and lead forms), Zapier (routing new leads to us), and the companies that host our website and forms. They process your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. If you reach us through a Facebook or Instagram form, Meta also handles that submission under its own privacy policy before passing it to us.
Cookies and advertising (Meta Pixel)
Our website uses cookies and the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement — for example, to know when an ad led to an estimate request and to show our ads to people more likely to be interested in permanent lighting. You can manage how Meta uses your data in your Facebook settings under Ad preferences, and you can limit or clear cookies in your browser at any time. The site works fine either way.
Deleting your information
You can ask us at any time to see the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email cbservices269@gmail.com or call or text (308) 870-1697 and we'll take care of it.
